Our client is a leading fintech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
  • Identify high-potential prospects in Vietnam and apply effective lead-generation tactics to deliver revenue growth.
  • Design and execute scalable sales plans to acquire new customers in the Vietnam market.
  • Diagnose customer needs and pain points propose relevant solutions and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to expand customer revenue.
  • Drive initiatives to grow new revenue streams and increase market share in Vietnam.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and a strong early customer experience by partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve product value.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for current accounts and prospects.

Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience ideally in complex solution selling with consistent high performance.
  • Strong sales drive and the ability to build and deliver market-specific strategies for Vietnam.
  • Experience engaging and influencing decision-makers across seniority levels (finance leaders through CEOs) with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to run complex multi-product negotiations.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving ambiguous environment.
  • Strong interest in technology/financial services with solid knowledge of Vietnams market dynamics and fintech ecosystem.
  • Fluent Vietnamese (spoken and written) to work effectively with local stakeholders and partners.
  • Highly results-driven with the willingness to go beyond expectations to deliver outcomes.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth fast-paced startupideally in payments.
