Job Summary

Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries month-end close and financial reporting
Oversee General Ledger maintenance and reconciliation across multiple entities
Execute intercompany accounting processes including reconciliations allocations and eliminations
Support financial audits and regulatory compliance requirements
Utilize ERP systems (e.g. Great Plains NetSuite SAP Oracle) for transaction processing and reporting
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data

Requirements

At least two years of accounting experience with full-cycle accounting and General Ledger management
*Intercompany accounting experience required including multi-entity financial structures
*ERP system experience required (Great Plains NetSuite SAP Oracle or similar)
*Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field from an accredited university
*Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
*Must reside in Florida and within a reasonable drive of Jacksonville

Required Skills:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
