Job Summary

Recognized as one of Forbes 2024 Americas Best Large Employers and named to the Forbes 2024 Best Employers for Diversity Labcorp is seeking to hire a Sales Support Services Representative to provide service and support for large revenue sales accounts that benefit from a customized service approach.

This includes daily support regarding account maintenance pricing billing specimen research and reporting out across Inside/Field Account Reps Integrated Oncology Integrated Genetics Hospital and Value Based Care teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process Client Concerns through research with internal departments and communicate resolution to sales contact
  • Daily monitoring of client inquiries
  • Process all electronic medical records through internal systems
  • Submit pricing requests and proposals through the e-Sales system
  • Manage client billing adjustments
  • Manage end to end process for new account set up including but not limited to client communications internal department notifications and integration
  • Support client requests as needed such as custom panels custom requisitions etc.
  • Provide custom reports to the sales team for cross match processing
  • Support special projects as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or 2 years equivalent experience such as inside sales account management or high level customer service
  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel and PDF Editor experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Salesforce experience

Application Window: 1/30 - 2/7

Pay Range: $19.00 to $28.00 hourly

All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits:Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical Dental Vision Life STD/LTD 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible toparticipatein the 401(k) Plan only.
