• Partner with the Center Director to assess student needs develop personalized learning plans and monitor academic progress
  
  
• Support enrollment growth by responding to leads assisting consultations and providing outstanding customer service to families
  
  
• Lead coach and mentor instructors to maintain high instructional quality and a collaborative team-focused culture
  
  
• Teach and tutor students using the Mathnasium Method (in-person and/or online) and master digital learning tools
  
  
• Maintain a safe organized and professional learning environment while supporting daily operations and administrative tasks
  
  

• Passion for math and inspiring kids with strong math skills through at least Algebra I
  
  
• Excellent communicator who builds rapport with students and families; customer service or sales experience is a plus
  
  
• Team player who cultivates teamwork and thrives balancing diverse responsibilities
  
  
• Eager to learn be coached and grow within the Mathnasium method
