Our client a well-established construction company in Lorton VA is looking for a reliable detail-oriented Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized juggling multiple priorities and being a key support player in a busy office environment.
What Youll Be Doing
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team including data entry and document preparation
- Handle general office duties such as mail scanning copying scheduling and coordination
- Learn and take on additional administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Assist other departments as business needs arise
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Construction industry experience a big plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of administrative responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Reliable punctual and professional
