Position: Donor Engagement Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Onsite in Cicero IN with up to 40% spent out-of-office engaging with people

Schedule: Monday Friday; occasional but rare evenings and weekends as the work dictates

Agape cultivates physical emotional and cognitive growth for individuals in Central Indiana through unique and therapeutic experiences with horses.

A day in the life of our Donor Engagement Manager:

As our Donor Engagement Manager you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and deepening relationships with donors and prospects. Your days will be filled with:

Collaborating with our leadership team and community leaders to secure resources that fuel our mission
Utilizing Salesforce to plan and document your work
Sending out personalized gift acknowledgements and thank-you notes
Setting and following up on appointments
Calling people on the phone to make personal connections
Contributing to the success of events and capital campaigns
Meeting with prospects and donors to create long-lasting relationships
Developing and implementing fundraising strategies striving to exceed our goals
Curating stories that communicate our mission and compel people to give
Asking people to give and getting aYes!
