Job Summary
Role: Project Manager
Location: Remote (Quantico VA and other areas within DMV)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
The candidate should have the following experience/expertise:
- Detail-oriented
- Manage all aspects of project management
- Analyze existing project scope and associated processes and recommend improvements where appropriate
- Optimize internal and external communications and sharing of information
- Take initiative self-starter problem solver can work with minimal supervision produces quality deliverables
- Experience with MS Project
Required skills/Level of Experience:
- Active Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI eligibility
- 10 years leading large teams
- Experience working with client leadership (10 years)
- Experience working with Agile teams (8 years)
- Experience in all phases of the project management (10 years)
- Excellent communications skills.
- Must have experience managing team in a high pace environment. 7 years
- Must be proficient at analyzing summarizing and reporting. 3 years
- Must be able to plan prepare and execute for iterative development 3 years
- Must be able to create detailed Project Plans. 7 years
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Outlook and Access)
- 5 years of experience in the Public Sector/Federal Government projects
- Good communication skills verbally and in writing and has ability to interface with the customer
Nice to have skills:
- Agile Certification
- PMP Certification
