The Havas UK People Team

We partner closely with our agencies to build inclusive high-performing cultures and deliver on our People commitments through thoughtful data-ledand human-centred work.
Following a strategic reviewwevebrought Talent Acquisition and Talent Development together into a new central Talentfunction within the People team. This creates a single joined-up approach to attractingdevelopingand deploying skills across the Village strengthening internal mobility improvingconsistencyand enabling a seamless people experience from attraction through career growth. Purpose of Role
The Talent Acquisition Partneris responsible fordelivering end-to-end recruitment across assigned business areas partnering closely with hiring managers to attract assess and secure high-quality talent. Working collaboratively within the wider Talent team the role also contributes to key initiatives that elevate the Talent Acquisition strategy including outreach and attraction activity employer value proposition development workforceplanningand strong alignment with talent development. Through a combination of hands-on delivery and strategic partnership the role helps build sustainable high-performing teams that support the organisations long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring outcomesprovidingexpert guidance on role requirements hiring approaches andselectionbest practice.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles ensuring a positiveinclusiveand consistent candidate experience.
Build andmaintainstrong talent pipelines through proactive sourcingnetworkingand market engagement.
Support workforce and hiring plans in partnership with People Business Partners and senior TA colleagues.
Act as an ambassador for the employer brand contributing to attraction activity and outreach initiatives.
Use data and insight tomaintainaccuraterecords supportreportingand drive continuous improvement in recruitment performance.
Collaborate with the wider People team to align recruitment with onboardingretentionand talent development.
Contribute to TA projects and process improvements ensuring consistentefficientand high-quality recruitment delivery.
Whatyoullbring:
Solid experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment with a strongtrack recordacross sourcingattractionand employer branding.
Credible and confident stakeholder partner with experience advising hiring managers on role definition hiring approaches andselectionbest practice.
A passion for culture inclusion and creating a great candidate and team experience.
Strong communicator and relationship builder able to influence effectively and build trust across diverse teams.
Highly organised and commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality inclusive hiring outcomes.
Experienced in using social media jobboardsand modern sourcing tools to engage talent and build pipelines
