We are seeking an experienced Associate HRBP to play a pivotal role in supporting both the day-to-day operations of the business and its broader people agenda.
In this role you will partner with managers across a range of HR processes including employee relations change performance and talent management.
Reporting to one of our Heads of HR (Business Partnering) you will take a proactive approach to ensure issues are addressed efficiently communications are clear and managers are empowered to support their teams effectively.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist across a range of employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions grievances
- Work with managers to design implement monitor and where necessary escalate performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Organise employee relations cases and change projects drafting correspondence and organising evidence and consultation documents
- Gather metrics from HRIS ATS HR Ops to produce reports and dashboards for Heads of HR senior managers and SLT members giving insights based on data to drive value
- Conduct exit survey and interviews of all leavers and provide regular insights to the team
- Assist with talent review process
- Organise and maintain employee relations materials
- Provide proactive advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues helping to prevent potential conflicts and mitigate risks
- Educate employees and managers on company policies procedures and best practices to promote a positive work culture and maintain legal compliance
- Support our Learning and Development team to deliver training programs and workshops for managers and employees on topics related to conflict resolution communication skills and employee relations best practices
- Identify potential risks and liabilities related to employee relations matters and work to proactively mitigate them
- Supporting on project activity as appropriate (e.g. onboarding alignment of people policies employee surveys D&I etc.)

- Human resources experience with a focus on supporting employee relations processes
- An understanding of employment law regulations and best practices in the UK
- An understanding of international HR practices is desirable but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts
- Experience working in a fast paced changing environment
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Understanding of key HR metrics ability to produce reports (HRIS Excel)
- Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) HiBob experience advantageous
- Ability to work methodically through work as well as show initiative to change and process improvement.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance across all HR activities.
- CIPD Level 3 or above preferred
