As a Talent Acquisition Partner at PortmanDentex youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clinical teams from talented dentists to other key professionals who deliver exceptional patient care. Youll guide each recruitment campaign from the very first conversation through to a successful hire working closely with hiring managers to understand what they need shaping selection criteria together and using insight to set everyone up for success. Youll bring real heart and energy to sourcing blending job boards proactive search talent networks referrals and strong market awareness to connect with brilliant clinical talent.

Alongside this youll champion a genuinely supportive service for colleagues build strong relationships across the business drive continuous improvement and play an active role in wider TA and People initiatives that help PortmanDentex grow with people who truly fit and thrive.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner (or similar role) in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
• Confident across the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and thoughtful selection.
• Building genuine rapport with candidates and stakeholders at every level communicating with clarity warmth and confidence.
• Juggles multiple recruitment projects with ease staying organised focused and attentive to the details that matter.
• Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruitment tools to keep processes smooth efficient and candidatefriendly.
• Approaching challenges with curiosity and creativity pairing strong problemsolving skills with a proactive resultsdriven mindset.
