Schedule & Travel

Schedule: Monday-Friday during business hours; Occasional after hours and weekends as needed
Travel: Daily regional travel using a company vehicle; Up to 25% overnight travel

Whats Your Day Like

As a Community Marketing Ambassador at Wisper ISP youll serve as a key local brand representative using your knowledge of the area to strengthen Wispers visibility and community connections. Acting as our boots-on-the-ground ambassador youll engage directly with residents support local initiatives and promote our services through activities such as distributing marketing materials and coordinating customer appreciation efforts. Youll manage marketing inventory collaborate with vendors and internal teams and help communicate current and upcoming campaigns. Your work will also support both internal and external events ensuring Wispers message is consistently represented throughout the community.

What Were Looking For

To succeed as a Community Marketing Ambassador youll bring a combination of strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently while remaining adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment. You should demonstrate sound problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions when navigating challenges. Consistent and reliable attendance along with a professional and courteous demeanor is essential when representing Wisper in the community. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical as youll regularly engage with residents partners and internal teams through in-person interactions phone email and messaging platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office a customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for community engagement will help you thrive in this role and strengthen Wispers local presence.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and ability to be added to company insurance policy
1 year of Marketing experience
