Job Summary

Doctor Engagement & Marketing Coordinator

Immediate start for full-time short-term contract until November 2026

Brisbane location

Step into a dynamic role within Ramsays National Marketing Team and help deliver high quality doctor focused marketing and education initiatives across our network.

Were looking for an energetic organised Coordinator with a passion for healthcare and marketing and a desire to contribute to meaningful engagement with specialists GPs and referrers across Australia.

What youll do:

Coordinate GP & referrer education activities

Manage marketing resources intranet content and key databases

Support the delivery of doctor engagement and marketing initiatives

Provide reliable administrative and reporting support

Collaborate closely with the Doctor Engagement & Marketing Manager and national team

Youll thrive if you:

Enjoy working in the healthcare environment and are keen to grow your understanding of the industry

Have a genuine interest in marketing and communication

Are organised detail focused and proactive

Communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders

Are comfortable using CRM/marketing systems and Microsoft Office
