Job Summary:
The Senior Product Adoption Consultant; Integrated Procurement serves as the primary liaison between customers Cat dealers and Caterpillars Digital and eCommerce teams. This role ensures that customers successfully adopt implement and optimize Cat IP solutions enabling seamless procurement workflows between customer systems and Cat dealer systems.

Working with industry reps dealers and the Cat IP product team the Cat IP PAC helps guide customers through the full lifecycle of a Cat IP connectionfrom initial interest and process mapping through approval onboarding and ongoing supportdriving efficiency accuracy and customer satisfaction across global procurement operations.

What You Will Do:

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for organizations pursuing Cat IP integrations.
  • Lead conversations with customers regarding readiness timing scope and expected outcomes of Cat IP projects.
  • Support customers in understanding the value of Cat IP including reduced transaction costs streamlined workflows and improved order accuracy.

Cat IP Analysis Process Mapping & Requirements Gathering

  • Meet with customers and dealers to understand their procurement processes system capabilities and desired transactions and outcomes.
  • Guide customers and dealers through an Analysis Phase and completion of the Cat IP Process Map including the customer and dealer worksheets and transaction selections.
  • Validate customer and vendor contacts transaction types in scope and workflow details needed for integration kickoff.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with Cat industry reps Cat dealers and Cat IP project managers and onboarding analysts to drive timely project initiation and execution.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up with internal teams and customers to keep approvals onboarding and kickoff tasks on schedule.

Integration Kickoff & Onboarding Support

  • Prepare customers for Integration Kickoff meetings by ensuring Process Maps and contacts are complete and accurate.
  • Work with Cat Digital onboarding teams to ensure customers procurement systems (SAP Oracle Ariba Coupa Jaggaer Proactis etc.) align with Cat IP capabilities and dealer systems.
  • Participate in and support customerdealer project status meetings when appropriate.

Education Enablement & Resource Delivery

  • Provide customers and internal partners with relevant Cat IP learning materials demos and documentation. (Example: delivering demo videos or IP workflow presentations.)
  • Direct customers dealers and internal teams to Cat IP resources such as and official IP documentation.

Continuous Improvement & Feedback

  • Capture customer feedback on procurement workflows to improve future integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes reduce onboarding friction and enhance customer value.


What You Will Have:

  • Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes B2B integrations and eCommerce workflows between customers and dealers.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical process maps across customer and dealer teams.
  • Experience working with procurement systems (e.g. SAP Ariba Coupa Oracle Jaggaer etc.) is beneficial.

Summary Pay Range:

$128470.00 - $192710.00
