This is a highly visible relationship driven role where you will service the full employee lifecycle from talent attraction to on-boarding employee relations and performance management. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and contribute to a positive high-performing and values led environment.
Your key responsibilities
As part of our on-site team you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to school leadership academic staff and professional services teams delivering practical commercially sound HR advice
- Provide end to end HR services including:
- Employee relations and performance management
- Talent attraction onboarding and workforce planning
- Learning development and talent management
- Employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Coach and support leaders through sensitive and complex people matters with discretion and sound judgement
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation the MEA Awards and best practice HR frameworks
- Build strong trusted relationships across academic operational and support teams
This role is offered on a Full-time basis for an initial 12 month contract.
Qualifications :
- 5 - 7 years in a business partner or senior advisory role
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated capability across ER performance management and talent development
- A collaborative calm and pragmatic approach
- Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential
