Job Summary

Tableau/Access/SharePoint skills a plus.

 

We are seeking a high potential SBL Product Support Desk specialist to provide direct support to Financial Advisors Service Processionals and Private Bankers through comprehensive knowledge of all SBL products and services. The candidate will develop the skills required to become an SBL subject matter expert and establish key partnerships with Sales Risk Legal Operations Credit and other key addition team members share their expertise through formalized presentations with Sales partners. The team also work closely with product managers to provide feedback on challenges faced by our Sales and internal partners and recommend product enhancements. The role requires an understanding of both bank and broker dealer SBL product offerings.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide best in class service and support to Private Bankers Financial Advisors and Service Professionals.
Partner closely with Sales and other internal partners to ensure complex transactions are escalated appropriately.
Prepare and provide Bank Reference Letters and Letters of Intent as requested by Sales partners.
Review and approve Power of Attorney on client SBL accounts.
Develop and deliver SBL training content and material for presentations to Sales partners.
Ensure an exceptional experience by providing feedback to product managers on potential product and service enhancements.
Use data to analyze business trends create reports presentations and other materials for management.
Assist with various projects and reporting as required by management including detailed presentations outlining the teams performance strategy and initiatives.
Additional responsibilities as required by Lending Advisors and Head of Lending Advisory.
