Job Description:

Project: They are doing a major overhaul of Supervision for Commonwealth (upcoming acquisition). Supervision at LPL Financial is designed to manage regulatory oversight and supervisory workflows for advisors and financial transactions. Its not a standalone consumer-facing product but rather an internal platform that supports compliance teams and advisors by automating review processes approvals and risk checks.

o Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to FINRA and SEC rules for transactions accounts and advisor activities.

o Workflow Automation: Streamlines supervisory tasks like trade reviews order approvals and exception handling.

o Data Integration: Pulls data from multiple systems (order entry annuities platforms iPipeline Prudential feeds etc.) into a unified workflow for supervisors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Must have strong communication skills and be able to work with tech product and business partners
