Job Summary
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using a CRM (such as Technolutions Slate Salesforce Workday etc.). Ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency as evidenced by direct work experience. Demonstrated critical thinking problem-solving analytical organizational and communication skills. Ability to explain complex systems to stakeholders with varying technical knowledge. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience using a CRM preferably Technolutions Slate. Knowledge of any ERP systems preferably Ellucian Banner or similar Previous supervisory or project management experience. Working knowledge of html. Understanding of how to write SQL queries.
