Job Summary
- Keep track of all the business financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Organize and maintain the accounting filing system ensuring easy access to financial data.
- Manage the annual budget and petty cash fund monitoring and reporting any budget variances or significant issues.
- Process payments to suppliers customers and debts in a timely manner ensuring compliance with payment schedules.
- Enforce sales tax collection from customers and promptly remit them to the government.
- Monitor and ensure the prompt collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Reconcile financial books with bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate financial issues to the management team in a clear and concise manner.
- Adhere to standard accounting procedures and policies to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal government reporting requirements.
- Perform reconciliation tasks with our Korea offices to ensure alignment and accuracy.
Salary: $65000 - $90000 / per year
Qualifications :
- Preferred: Fluent in English and Korean
- Experience: over 3 yrs up to 10 yrs
