Contract:Permanent

WhatYoullDo:

In this roleyoullplay a central part in shaping how weattract and hiretalent intoourorganisation.Youllpartnerclosely with leadersincludingexecutive levelto coach and educate them on strategic workforce planning building a clear understanding of their current and future priorities. Using your external marketknowledge and insightyoullidentifyemerging skill gaps and capability risks shaping proactive recruitment strategies anddeterminingwhere we need to build sustainable talent pipelines for the future.

Youllbe accountable forstrategic oversight and effectiveness ofhigh-qualityrecruitmentdeliveryfrom end to end:setting direction forengaging attractionstrategies inclusive assessment approachesandtalent pipelinedevelopment andensuring a consistent and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.Youllcoach and developTalent Acquisition Advisers ensuringhigh standards consistency andbest practice is embedded acrossdelivery.

MinimumCriteria:

  • Strategictalent acquisitionexpertisedemonstrable experienceoperatingas a Talent Acquisition Partner with accountability for setting direction assuringqualityand shapingstrategictalentattractionand pipeline approaches aligned to organisation priorities.

  • Insight led workforce and recruitment decision makingstrong evidenceofusingexternalmarket insight forecasting and recruitment analytics toadvise stakeholders on recruitment prioritiesidentifycapability risks and balance short-term delivery with longer-term workforce planning.

  • Senior stakeholderinfluenceand credibilityproven ability topartnerwithand influencesenior leaders providing credible challengeshapingrecruitmentdecisions and acting as a trusted adviser rather than a transactional service provider.

  • Proventrack recordof partnering with various corporate functions such as ITfinance communicationsHR legalwith a strong focus on recruiting forhard to fillor specialised roles. Orproventrack recordofpartnering with operations to effectively manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.

  • Proven delivery of inclusiverecruitmentexperience designing or overseeing inclusiveevidence-based recruitmentapproachesensuringrobust assessmentconsistencyand bestpracticegovernance across recruitment delivery

  • Experience of leadingstrategic Talent Acquisitionimprovementsor projects including managing people through workstreams.

It would also be nice for you to have

  • Demonstrated experience of coaching and developing professionals setting clear standards embedding best practice and enabling high qualitydeliverythrough others.

  • Experienceinemployer brandingand targeted attraction strategies.

  • Strong understanding ofrecruitmentrelated legislation(for exampleIR35and AWR).

  • Proven ability to managethirdparty suppliersfor quality and value.
