We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and elevate the sales strategy for two iconic Hunter Valley properties Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat.
This is a senior leadership role based in the Hunter Valley ideal for a commercially driven sales leader open to relocating from Sydney to one of Australias premier tourism and lifestyle regions. You will drive revenue across MICE Corporate Leisure Health & Wellbeing Golf and Food & Beverage while shaping the future success of two distinct yet complementary destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies in collaboration with the Cluster General Manager
- Oversee total account management across multiple market segments
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing sales and conference team
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business
- Represent both properties at industry events and trade shows
- Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform strategy
- Partner with the Commercial Sales team to maximise exposure and revenue
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a Director of Sales or similar senior role within hospitality
- Expertise in managing complex sales segments across multiple properties
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of revenue and distribution strategies
- Passion for customer experience and team development
