TheAthletics Departmentat Georgia State University is seeking to hire aPlayer Relations/Special Assistant to the Head Coach for the Football program.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This person will assist with all planning and logistics of the Football program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- The role will manage the head coach and football staff calendar.
- Assist the head coach in developing policies and procedures for the football office.
- Position will manage the onboarding of all football student-athletes which includes admissions requirements housing arrangements compliance forms competition and sports medicine evaluations. This includes the following:
On and Off Campus Move-in
Collection of High School Transcripts and ensuring applications are completed to university
Communication to PSAs admittance to university
All paperwork upload and processes on Compliance Platform - Position will serve as the liaison to the Athletics Compliance and Ticket Office for the football program.
- This position handles all communication to player parents & families high school coach outreach and occasional social media content creation.
