Job Summary
Orem Mazda Orem UT Pay Range: $80000 - $100000 / year
Orem Mazda is hiring a Lead Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to help lead daily operations in our fast-paced automotive service department. This role focuses on customer experience service advisor leadership sales and service drive efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily service drive operations and workflow
- Lead coach and support service advisors and technicians
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain CSI scores of 92%
- Ensure accurate repair orders menu presentations estimates and documentation
- Develop a culture of teamwork with technicians advisors and parts departments.
- Assist with customer concerns and quality control
- Partner with dealership leadership to meet department goals
Qualifications:
- 3 year automotive service or dealership experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Prior lead advisor or supervisory experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge a plus
- Experience with DealerTrack and Xtime preferred but not required
