Practice Details:

Work alongside established Physician partners with Nurse Practitioners Medical Assistants an Office Manager and additional support staff
Option for outpatient only
Monday - Friday
No nights weekends or holidays
Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work
Call: phone only light and typically triaged first
See 16-20 patients per day on average
Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care
Opportunity to mentor medical students and residents if desired
Provide evidence-based and value-based care
Medicare Advantage panel management providing high-quality coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs is large focus of practice
- Fee for Service/Commercial patient care also provided

3-year guaranteed salary
No cap on earning potential
4 weeks paid time off paid holidays and 5 paid days for CME with even more flexibility as a shareholder
Profit sharing: % based on years in practice not solely with Esse Health
- 7% for 0-9 years 11% for 10 years

Requirements:

MD or DO
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois
