Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent VIK Central use cases endtoend ensuring consistent analytical rigor risk identification and synthesis of insights across initiatives.
- Lead Discovery & Design: map business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with AI engineers analysts UX teams data scientists and regional partners to align requirements clarify dependencies and drive unified execution.
- Identify and design innovative datadriven approaches that unlock new insights and solve highimpact business problems.
- Moves with urgency and clarity quickly breaking down complex problems and driving forward progress even when information is incomplete.
- Anticipates systemic and crossinitiative roadblocks driving resolution through structured tradeoffs escalation and alignment with senior stakeholders.
- Review and validate analytical outputs across teams ensuring insights are defensible consistent and tailored to stakeholder decisionmaking needs.
- Ensure consistent application of dataquality standards across initiatives reinforcing best practices and accountability for analytical rigor.
- Own reconciliation workflows across multiple data sources verifying consistency tracing discrepancies to root causes and partnering with engineering or system owners to drive timely resolution.
- Promote reuse and standardization of automated dataquality checks reducing rework and improving reliability across VIK Central analytics.
- Surface dataquality risks early assess their business impact and drive crossfunctional actions that maintain accuracy across fastevolving datasets and processes.
- Influence decisionmaking by distilling analytical findings into concise recommendations
- Maintain alignment across teams and initiatives ensuring execution remains consistent with agreed priorities and roadmap commitments.
- Continuously evaluate and refine analytical processes documentation standards and review workflows.
- Reinforce operational discipline across multiple workstreams balancing delivery speed quality and risk management.
- Identify and document risks related to data quality model feasibility business logic process scalability and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Strong datadiagnostics capability with the ability to investigate anomalies perform rootcause analysis and reconcile data across multiple systems with precision.
- Ability to set execution direction and sustain momentum across teams even amid competing priorities.
- Comfort managing shifting priorities across initiatives balancing shortterm execution with delivery commitments.
- Expertise in translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks clearly defining metrics requirements and expected outcomes.
- Strong consultative skills able to deeply understand stakeholder needs pressuretest assumptions and guide partners toward datadriven decisions.
- Consistently applies sound judgment across complex ambiguous initiatives helping teams navigate uncertainty.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity rapidly structuring problems prioritizing effectively and driving clarity where information is fragmented.
- SQL and Python proficiency to extract transform analyze and validate complex datasets ensuring analyses are accurate scalable and repeatable is a plus.
