A small Buffalo law firm seeks an Attorney to join their civil litigation team.

Responsibilities:

Developing files to include liability and damage issues
Developing files through trial mediation and appeals
Attending depositions and court conferences
Client communication
Providing exceptional customer service to members by responding to inquiries resolving issues and assisting with membership-related needs
Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless member experiences
