Job Summary
Job Role: Family Law Attorney
Location: Miami FL (Hybrid)
Duration: Fulltime
Benefits: Base salary quarterly incentives bonus signing bonus
Overview:
We are working with a highly regarded growth-oriented law firm in Miami seeking a Family Law Attorney to handle a mix of high-conflict and standard family law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle divorce custody support and domestic violence matters
Manage cases from inception through resolution (motions discovery mediation hearings)
Draft pleadings agreements and court filings
Advise clients and develop litigation/settlement strategies
Work closely with partners paralegals and outside experts
Handle asset division including real estate and financial components
Qualifications:
4 years of family law litigation experience
Active Florida Bar license
Strong courtroom negotiation and client management skills
Experience with high-conflict matters and heavy caseloads
Familiarity with real estate issues tied to family law is a plus
Spanish is a plus
