Synertex is looking to hire a Project Manager in support of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agencys Training Directorate in Fort Jackson SC.
Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope time and budget constraints. The Project Manager will work in an exciting research and development environment for a DoD organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan coordinate and manage small medium and large projects.
- Integrate all functions and activities necessary to perform the project/program to meet the client or customer requirements.
- Track cost and schedule of assigned tasks or functions.
- Lead project team members such as executives and line of business subject matter experts through the lifecycle of a project.
- Coordinate with cross-functional project stakeholders to develop project scope objectives goals and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time on budget and remain in scope.
- Monitors and tracks project dependencies.
- Create a project schedule structure that defines all activities required for the project deliverables.
- Track actuals vs. plan provide monthly forecasts report monthly accruals.
- Establish and provide high-quality informative written and verbal project communications including weekly status dashboards and project updates.
- Actively monitor track and manage project tasks timelines attainment of established milestones and overall project activities and deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of Project Management Experience or Experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Project developing tasks dependencies baselines and schedule variance.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and senior officials.
- Ability to translate MS Project schedule information into consumable graphs and visuals for senior leaders.
