Job Summary
Northeast Counseling Services is searching for a caring compassionate person who desires a rewarding and meaningful employment life helping people with mental health issues take charge of their lives and become productive citizens. Case Management work is done in communities settings not in offices.
The Blended Case Manager works with the serious and persistently mentally ill population using a strength-based perspective to assist clients to obtain necessary services and support. The primary goal is to empower the client to identify their needs and choose the resources to fulfill them.
Requirements: Bachelors degree with major course work in sociology social welfare psychology gerontology anthropology other related social sciences criminal justice theology nursing counseling or education;
Must maintain a valid PA Drivers license.
