KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads a $175 to $350 million dollar business until including P&L management budgeting key business decisions sales performance and cost controls.
Coaches and leads 4 to 10 direct reports who run business units of 7 to 15 stores in volumes up to $75 million in sales.
Builds strategic and tactical plans and processes to improve the overall results of the business.
Responsible for the talent in the stores through partnership with the HR team.
Provides guidance and leadership to the Retail Division leadership team and other corporate leaders on opportunities to improve the business.
Supports management of the Real Estate portfolio responsibilities including opening and closing stores remodeling stores and facilities upkeep.
Executes project management including special assignments and support of corporate strategic initiatives.
SCOPE & IMPACT:
Responsible for the sales volume up to $350 million with profits of up to $40 million and 4 to 10 direct reports. Total employees in area of 400 to 1000.
