Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Risk Assessments Incident Management
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to lead the Risk & Compliance agenda for Manufacturing operations. This role demands a proactive risk leader who can seamlessly partner with senior stakeholders guide F&A process owners and foster a culture of strong risk ownership. You will be instrumental in strengthening our risk governance ensuring SOX and operational risk compliance and driving intelligent data-driven risk management.
Responsibilities:
Conduct operational risk assessment including risk identification process controls reporting and treatment. Identify and recommend appropriate controls.
Ensure adherence to key contractual compliance as stated in Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Facilitating and leading internal & external audits & third part questionnaire
Ownership & conducting scheduled weekly/quarterly/monthly audit checks and timely closure of audit action items and client deliverables.
Create and implement policies and processes as required
Conducting risk and compliance sessions for whole population including new hires to re-iterate policies and guidelines.
Conducting process analysis on regular basis and identify the trend of incidents/ errors and suggesting controls to minimize their occurrence.
Performing control testing on monthly basis to check the effectiveness of existing/recommended controls.
Performing WFH checks agreed with client and reporting the results.
Providing II line assurance over internal controls
Interacting and liaising with internal/external stake holders for audit related tasks.
Maintain strong working relationships with business and functional teams within the organization.
Set governance rigor on regular status updates and review with Genpact leadership
Acting as single point of contact for all audit and compliance related tasks.


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Professional degree (Graduate)
Proficient in Excel Power point & Word
Excellent documentation and presentation Skills
Excellent customer interfacing skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience in Audit and Compliance related task
Should be able to work with different and diverse teams
