We act for the roleThe Process Improvement manager plays a critical role in helping drive strategy execution and implementation. By working with stakeholders across the organisation this role will re-design and optimise business processes to drive enhanced operational performance create a financially sustainable future and deliver value to the people and communities it you will bringSubstantial knowledge in and application of the concepts of Process Architecture Value Chain Analysis and Value Stream to manage complex relationships influence and challenge effectively and to support strategic initiatives by translating strategic objectives into practical process-led uplifting organisational capability through coaching knowledge sharing and embedding process excellence knowledge and understanding of workflow in Process Mapping methodologies & understanding of BPMN in designing developing and deploying digital workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate Power Apps Jira workflows).Awareness of the importance of data and key performance to champion a continuous improvement culture and contribute to organisational change initiatives that build long-term capabilityBenefits that act for you while you act for humanityWork flexibility:Australian Red Cross operates under a hybrid working model which includes two days on-site and three days from homeFinancial wellbeing: In addition to your salary you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
