Radiant is seeking an Early Careers Recruiting & Programs Lead to design build and scale our university intern and early-career hiring programs.This role will own the early-career talent strategy end-to-end including full-cycle recruiting for interns and new graduates developing and managing campus partnerships driving candidate engagement and overseeing program execution through intern-to-full-time conversion.
