- Program Leadership: Lead programs with a strong focus on schedule adherence Estimated at Completion (EAC) accuracy milestone fidelity (MF) and quality standards.
- Implement Productivity Strategies: Identify and execute initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency across teams and processes.
- People Engagement and Competency Development: Foster a culture of engagement by supporting professional growth providing learning opportunities and developing team competencies.

ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in engineering or a technical discipline such as science technology or mathematics.
- 12 years of experience in embedded software development.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as C and C.
- Experience with hardware and software integration.
- Familiarity with embedded systems development tools and methodologies.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferably in a customer-centric or operational setting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusion diversity and team development.
- Track record of driving results and achieving measurable business outcomes.
