New Zealand Police is progressing a multiyear renewal of our core Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) systems. We are now preparing the Detailed Business Case for Phase 2 which will replace our Finance and Purchasing systems.
Were seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can bring strong analytical capability excellent stakeholder engagement and experience navigating complex business processes. Knowledge of the AoG Common Process Model and Treasurys Better Business Case methodology is highly advantageous.
Phase 1 of the ERM Programme (HR Payroll and Workforce Management) already has an established BA teamthis role will work closely with them to ensure alignment across both phases.

Were looking for a Senior BA who is confident engaging at all levels proactive in planning and delivery and ideally brings domain experience in Finance ERP or complex system environments.

Utu ā-tau Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $111529 and $147022 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
