Responsibilities
Lead motivate train and develop the sales team
Drive sales performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Support and execute dealership growth initiatives
Work closely with ownership and leadership to improve processes
Foster a positive customer-focused sales culture
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive sales leadership
Strong communication and coaching skills
Results-driven with a team-first mindset
Experience with Stellantis brands preferred but not required
Experienced with a CRM and DMS software
