Xtreme Powerline Construction Inc. is a leading Michigan-based electrical distribution utility contractor recognized for delivering innovative and reliable infrastructure solutions. We partner with Aecon Utilities Inc. to provide large-scale engineering procurement and construction services across the U.S. and Canada. Our offerings include substations battery energy storage facilities power line installations and integration into power grids.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive high-level administrative support to the President of a fast-growing multi-state utility contracting business. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a company that is expanding rapidly and diversifying into new work streams across the United States. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner managing complex calendars ensuring priorities are handled seamlessly and maintaining confidentiality in all matters. Youll anticipate needs solve problems before they arise and contribute directly to the success of a rapidly scaling organization.
