The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the organization. This role involves managing office operations coordinating communications and supporting executives or departments with a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to executives managers or departments
* Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
* Prepare format and edit documents reports and presentations
* Handle correspondence including emails phone calls and mail
* Maintain organized filing systems both electronic and physical
* Coordinate travel arrangements including bookings and itineraries
* Assist with meeting preparation including agendas and minutes
* Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
* Support data entry recordkeeping and database management
* Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
* Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
* Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Compensation
* Annual Salary Range: $45000 to $65000 USD depending on experience and location
