Business Process Expert Distribution and Logistics

What you will do-

Work with the appropriateVoceraSAP Integration Team IT BusinessPartnersand Medical deployment teamto ensure the following:

Key ScopeActions and Decisions:

• Serve as a main point of contact forWorkstream PM and workstream process expertsincluding Project IT and Site Experts
• Ensure current business processes are represented in Scope and Requirements Workshops
• Ensure all requirements are captured and documented to reflect the needs of theworkstream
• Document decisions including individuals involved in decisions and date the decision was made (track progress and closure ofaction items)

Adherence to Project Schedule:

• Support and execute project plan for workstream that aligns with the program level plan ensuring all key milestones are met
• Partner with Site Core Resources to remove constraints find solutions and meet project milestones
• Manage the execution ofdetailed project plans for your workstream(s) thatalignswith the overall project plan ensuring all key milestones for the workstream are met

Resource Management:

• Set expectations with yourworkstream holding them accountable to theirdeliverablesand escalating any issues to the leadership team
• Help set expectations with functional managers to secure the use of power users time on activities and encourage quick hiring and onboarding of approved contract resources
• Ensure other workstream resources are engaged in decisions and activities that cross multiple workstreams and sites

Training Development:

• Ensureappropriate resourcesare engaged in completion ofworkstreamtraining strategy
• Provide input into training development and trainerselection
• Ensurechange impacts requiring training activities are accounted for and communicated

Communication:

• Provide regularproject status reports to stakeholders; highlighting progress made status outstanding issues key decisions toprisksand next steps
• Ensure the broader Core Medical Team is aware of the status risks and change impacts of your site or ecosystem
• Keep Site LeadSite Project Manager and other workstream leads informed of process changes that arise that couldimpactdata reports or analytics
• Stay wellinformed of project communications by keeping close to emails reports and referencing dashboards in Teams Sitesin a timely manner

Risk Management:

• Providesolutionanddirectionon recommended mitigation strategies
• Assistin the communication of risks and development of mitigation plans withappropriate businessleaders
• Communicate potential issues toMedical&Vocerateam Global Process Governance Global ApplicationDevelopmentand IT Business Partner

Change Management:

• Work with project team members and functional leaders to define and quantify change impacts
• Participate in Lessons Learned sessions to deliver improvement recommendations to key stakeholders on the project
• Work with team members and functional leaders to define and quantify change impacts
• Support the OCM Leadby working with the functional leaders to help derive solutions to change impacts
• Proactivelyidentifychange impacts and potential response strategies
• Communicate potential issues to the Site Lead andalignthe functional leaders

Building Organizational Capability:

• Attend and leadWorkstreammeetings host siteWorkstream eventsmeetings hostadditionalmeetings for the overall project to ensuredeliverablesare on track
• Advocate for the project supporting communications andchangemanagement activities arising from the project

Data Cleansing Reporting and Testing

• Ensure proper resource coverage for validation activities
• Ensuring functional teams are activelyparticipatingin data cleansing and reporting status of activities
• Ensure all activities are completed by the defined timeline
• Promote and embrace the importance of quality data
• Serve asmemberofdatareadiness network as assigned
• Assistwith the development and modification of test scenarios
• Assistin the identification and preparation of test data

Hypercare and Cutover:

• Guidepowerusers through the Hypercare process asrequired
• Serve as a Communicationsliaison between the business and the project for cutover activities
• Assistwith the development and modification of cutover tasks
• Ensure business resources needed forcutoverareidentified(COSIM1&COSIM2)
• Available as a Hypercare resource for your area of expertise until Hypercare is closed for this area
• Guide users through the Hypercare process asrequired

Testing:

• Support and engage in all E2E testing (SIT and UAT) prior to launch
• Support project enhancement testing post launch
• Serve as SME for all warehouse related activities to ensure all system transactions are in scope for Domestic/OUS shipments

Vocera:

• International Cycle Count Reconciliation
• Serial number investigation and reconciliation
• Monitoring of SAP Stock transfers for International 3PLs
• IT support for network 3PLs
• eCarrier Management for problem Shipments customs clearance issues etc.
• UAT Testing for new product launches
• Freight Invoice coding and submission

Support:

• ECC Poweruser support
• Inventory Management and training.
• UAT and SIT Testing

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment (e.g. healthcare life sciences manufacturing or supply chain)
• Hands on experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC preferred) including participation in system implementations enhancements or major deployments
• Proven ability to service as a primary workstream point of contact coordinating effectively with IT business partners site leaders and external vendors
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering documentation and decision tracking including managing action items risks and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience delivering status updates escalating issues and aligning cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting testing (SIT/UAT) data readiness cutover and hypercare activities for enterprise systems
