Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to revenue targets in assigned territory by identifying and targeting potential new customers through incoming leads and literature analysis

• Document communications and keep up to date the customer relationship management (CRM) database.

• Create high-quality opportunities in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management database; partner with Field Sales or Distributors to close win

• Support incoming customer requests through toll-free phone and online chat platform

• Work closely with Field Sales to manage and forecast the sales funnel

Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent (e.g. Engineering Medical Laboratory Sciences etc.) with less than 2 years of related experience

• Strong communication skills including through phones and emails

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers

• Hands on experience in a laboratory setting

• A track record of being proactive and assertive in accomplishing goals

The posted salary is inclusive of base salary and commissions.

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package that may include health benefits retirement savings and more (depending on region).
