Job Summary
Introduction
Our client in the manufacturing sector seeks to appoint an experienced EE -HR Business Partnerwith a relevantHR qualificationandstrong IR and union negotiationexperience.
Must have 7 years experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector strong IR and Union negotiating experience essential. Good administrative skills to manage the interaction with various departments. Employment Equity reporting experience in BBBEE advantageous. Recruitment for wage positions including Learnerships and Apprenticeships and managing the onboarding of employees at plant level.
