This is an onsite full-time role giving you the chance to work closely with a team of respected experienced professionals who are committed to excellence integrity and creative solutions for our customers.
As a Business Services & Operations Associate youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of item processing for the bank. You will also assist with other operations functions including account verifications stop payments ACH processing mobile deposits and other Business Services back-office duties. Youll help ensure all processes are handled accurately efficiently and in compliance with bank policies. Youll have the opportunity to suggest improvements participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. Attention to detail strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.
