Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analystwith strong expertise in Varicent and Salesforceto support incentive compensation and sales performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyze and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Configure and support Varicent (ICM tool)solutions
- Work extensively with Salesforcefor data integration and process alignment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to product development cycles
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across platforms
- Support UAT documentation and post-deployment activities
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Varicent (configuration and implementation)
- Solid experience working with Salesforce
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Active Salesforce Certification (mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Experience in Agile Product Management
- Knowledge of SQL
- Exposure to Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools
Additional Information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Experience working in large enterprise environments preferred
