About the Role
As the Director of Demand - GCR you will be the primary architect of adjoes advertiser growth in mainland China Taiwan and Hong Kong. You are a strategic business owner responsible for the regional P&L and a critical bridge between the local market and our Global Product/HQ teams. You will ensure that adjoes unique rewarded solutions and programmatic offerings are localized and prioritized to dominate the GCR mobile ecosystem.
What you will do
- High-Level Client Relationship Building: Act as the primary executive contact for adjoes most strategic partners. Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives at the top 100 gaming and non-gaming whales in GCR.
- China Demand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the GCR ecosystem focusing on the shifting UA landscape for export gaming and domestic apps.P&L & Operational Management: Full accountability for the GCR demand business P&L. Oversee daily sales operations pipeline hygiene and team KPIs to ensure aggressive revenue targets are met.
- Product Roadmap & HQ Collaboration: Act as the Voice of GCR for the Product team. Identify local market needs and work closely with HQ in Germany to outline product priorities and roadmap enhancements.
- Market Presence: Partner with the Marketing team to elevate adjoes brand through thought leadership industry events (e.g. ChinaJoy) and executive networking.
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and scale the GCR Demand Sales team fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Who you are
- Experience: 10 years in AdTech/Mobile UA with a deep understanding of the GCR export market.
- Leadership: 4 years of experience in people management and managing complex P&L structures.
- Relationship Mastery: Proven track record of building trust and closing deals with C-suite stakeholders at major mobile publishers.
- Communication: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (essential for collaboration with global offices).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate market trends into actionable product requirements and business growth.
