Job Summary

Key responsibilities 重要职责

  • Drive strategic operational initiatives and alignment with cross functions on key imperatives and tactics.
  • Implementation of companys key strategic initiatives and keep optimization within each layer of DOD field force.
  • Set up operational mechanism enable sales strategys execution in field force and strengthen data-driven mindset. Lead FE team to ensure effective support sales performance and achievement of business goals.
  • Establish supply and demand management process and principle in DOD. Manage quota allocation to maximize customer needs based on supplys situation.
  • Build compliance mindset for each level of DOD. Responsible for DOD audit and follow-up actions.
  • Drive DOD winning culture embedded the culture into business management process.

Knowledge skills and experience 知识技能和经验

    • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and future trend industry benchmark sales management practice etc.
    • Strategy plan and execution
    • Multi-national company working experience
    • Process management skills
    • Strong insight finding capability
    • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Bachelor degree and above fluent in English MBA plus
