Job Summary

The Level II Business Analyst supports requirements gathering analysis testing and user support activities under general direction.

Responsibilities:

Elicit document and analyze functional business requirements using industry-standard techniques including JAD sessions UML modeling group interviews facilitated workshops prototyping mind mapping and brainstorming..
Create and manage work orders for enhancements defect fixes and incident/change requests using Azure DevOps.
Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings to review business processes system designs and reengineering initiatives; document meeting outcomes and track follow-up action items with business users and development teams.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) regression testing and integration testing; develop test plans test cases and scripts.
Develop training materials and deliver end-user training for large audiences using PowerPoint presentations; collaborate with multimedia developers to create training content as needed.
Use SQL Server T-SQL and Oracle PL/SQL to query databases analyze data and investigate data-related issues.
Maintain SharePoint and Microsoft Teams project sites for project teams sponsors and stakeholders.
Apply working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies across the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Provide customer support and assist in identifying root causes of system defects and performance issues.
Provide training and ongoing support to business end users.
