Job Description:

Lead end-to-end fund-raising activities including project finance construction finance LAP lease rental discounting (LRD) and structured debt.

Liaise with banks NBFCs private lenders PE funds and HNIs for sourcing funds.

Prepare and present investment proposals financial models project feasibility reports and cash flow projections.

Negotiate terms of funding interest rates covenants security structures and documentation.

Coordinate with legal technical and internal teams for due diligence and loan documentation.

Manage drawdowns repayments covenants compliance and lender reporting.
-
Monitor project cash flows to ensure optimal fund utilization and timely servicing of debt.

Support refinancing restructuring and takeover of existing loans where required.

Stay updated on market trends interest rate movements and funding opportunities in real estate.

Maintain strong relationships with lenders and ensure high credit credibility of the organization.
