Job Summary

Location: Kenya East Africa

Roles :

Seeking an experienced and result-driven professional to handle business development and end-to-end execution of marble granite and stone projects across residential and commercial sectors. The role combines client acquisition project coordination and material sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in housing malls office buildings and other construction projects.
Build strong relationships with architects contractors developers and project consultants.
Generate leads conduct site visits and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Project Estimation & Sales

Take site measurements and understand project requirements.
Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates.
Negotiate with clients and secure orders.

Project Execution

Coordinate with clients contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee delivery timelines installation coordination and project completion.
Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Material Sourcing

Source and procure materials such as granite marble and other stones as per project requirements.
Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor material quality and cost efficiency.

Travel

Travel across East African countries for business development and project-related activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within marble granite stone or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of construction and interior/exterior finishing projects.
Experience in measurement estimation and quotation preparation.
Proven track record in project-based sales and execution.
Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel frequently.
