Job Description:
  • Client is seeking a senior HR PMO Project Manager to lead large-scale HR projects governance operational risk management and data stewardship.
  • This role plays a critical part in supporting clients global HR operating model ensuring process quality compliance risk controls and continuous improvement across HR services.
Key Responsibilities
HR PMO & Project Management
  • Plan and manage multiple HR PMO projects to support the new HR operating model
  • Define project scope objectives timelines risks and success metrics
  • Communicate project status risks and solutions to leadership and stakeholders
  • Partner with PMO HR Technology and HR Reporting teams on short- and long-term departmental goals
  • Lead project teams to meet service objectives schedules and deliverables
Process Governance & Policy Management
  • Drive improvements in HR processes policies governance frameworks and documentation
  • Support changes to HR policies (PTO staffing models flex-time part-time etc.)
  • Work with leadership on staffing models contingency planning and disaster recovery
HR Data Governance & Risk Management
  • Lead HR data governance and stewardship across the organization
  • Ensure HR data classification categorization and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with HR Policy Risk Management IT and Compliance teams
  • Support audits risk assessments key risk indicators (KRIs) and formal risk reviews
Vendor Governance & Compliance
  • Lead vendor audits related to HR services
  • Partner with Vendor Management IT InfoSec Risk Procurement and Internal Audit teams
  • Monitor HR data transfers between client and vendors
  • Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory and risk standards
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide leadership support to the PMO Lead
  • Mentor team members and support professional development
  • Drive global HR process alignment and governance with regional HR leaders
  • Participate in special projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives
Detail Job description:
  • Plans and manages PMO Projects across HR to ensure maintenance ofappropriate business service levels effective and sustained implementation of thenew HR operating model support of process quality controls and operational riskmanagement and realization of opportunities for improvement in HR processespractices governance mechanisms and associated documentation subsequent tolaunch of the future state new HR.
  • Anticipate and assess business needs andobjectives through planning and consultation.
  • Define and document project scopeand objectives and communicate progress issues and solutions to managementand business project clients and stakeholders to obtain their input as appropriate.
  • Work closely with PMO HR Technology and HR Reporting leads to develop andimplement short and long-range goals for the department including stewardingprocess documentation broadly to address business needs.
  • Leads and directs project work and team members to effectively meet serviceobjectives across skills while meeting project schedules and with and utilizes tools to coach team members.
  • Develops and implements changes to departmental policies and procedures tomeet changing business needs i.e. changes to PTO or staff scheduling policies(flex-time part-time). Works closely with supervisors to develop and implement staffingand operational plans including contingency and disaster recovery in the development of short and long range goals for the department.
  • Leads the governance and stewardship of HR data for the with the HR Policy & Risk Management Lead and Specialist to ensure HRdata is defined and has the appropriate classification and categorization. Support theProject Management Office Lead to determine legal requirements for HR data andprovide input to CR&C CoE on global policies that address legal risk business andthird party requirements.
  • Collaborates with the PMO Lead to lead operational risk management activitiesfor the HR organization globally.
  • Executes against standards and expectations froma business continuity compliance and regulatory requirements standpoint.
  • Supportthe Project Management Office Lead to assess identify report and monitoroperational risks and to develop key risk indicators.
  • Supports formal risk reviews andaudits. Identify and implement appropriate risk management and mitigationstrategies and communicate to stakeholders.
  • Provides leadership support as needed to the PMO Lead to deploy the PMOteam.
  • Proactively identify and fulfill opportunities for learning and professionaldevelopment in order to enhance services provided as part of this program.
  • Supports global HR process owners to maintain global governance of HR servicedelivery. Liaise with appropriate stakeholders including regional HR leaders toensure appropriate documentation of process steps and revisions in line withregulatory requirements and leadership decisions.
  • Ensure alignment of processchanges with the broader operating model strategy and implementation with global process owners and other stakeholders within HR to develop andimplement process improvement activities.
  • Leads vendor audits and partners with the Vendor Management Lead andSpecialists to manage governance related to vendors. Conduct formal risk reviewsand audits in conjunction with partners in IT and the business (e.g. BAM InfoSecRisk Procurement Internal Audit etc.).
  • Monitor data governance in client-vendor data transfers. Analyze audit findings around vendor management and workwith Vendor Management team to identify solutions. Review vendor adherence toregulatory and risk standards (e.g. ensuring appropriate reporting and timing ofaudits etc.).
  • Continually develops project management process quality risk management anddata governance acumen maintaining awareness of the portfolio of HR servicespolicies and procedures using the Project Management Office as a platform toexplore the breadth of HR and to develop professionally.
  • Actively participate incoaching and development opportunities with the Project Management Office Lead(e.g. acumen-building sessions with CoEs Crew Central partners and businessstakeholders).10. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and degree preferred.o Minimum of five years of business and/or HR experienceo Understanding of HR processes and policieso Advanced knowledge of HR and data governanceo Proven teamwork capabilities strong relationship management andinterpersonal skillso Strong project management planning and organizational skillso Strong oral and written communication skillso Excellent project management skills including planning and organizationalskillso Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiativeso Ability to effectively work independently and identify when to engage others
