This is an onsite full-time role giving you the chance to work closely with a team of respected experienced professionals who are committed to excellence integrity and creative solutions for our customers.
As an Operations Associate youll play a key role in supporting daily back-office banking operations. Your primary focus will include wire transfers Regulation E dispute processing and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)related functions. Youll ensure transactions are processed accurately timely and in compliance with federal regulations and internal policies. Youll also assist with internal projects to improve efficiency maintain detailed documentation and participate in team meetings to share ideas and contribute to operational excellence. Attention to detail strong communication and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity are essential.
