We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to support enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience gathering and translating business requirements working closely with stakeholders and supporting delivery teams in Agile environments.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to support enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience gathering and translating business requirements working closely with stakeholders and supporting delivery teams in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Assist with UAT planning execution and defect tracking
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in Property & Casualty insurance domains
- Experience working with enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience in Agile and SDLC environments
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Multi-round interview process including virtual and in-person discussions
