Responsibilities- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Assist with UAT planning execution and defect tracking
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Required Qualifications- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in Property & Casualty insurance domains
- Experience working with enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience in Agile and SDLC environments
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills
Interview Process- Multi-round interview process including virtual and in-person discussions
